With over 20 years as a woodworker, Rob services wood flooring needs for new construction, remodeling, and restoration. As a Petoskey native, he is the second generation in the construction industry. As the owner of LeGrand Wood Floors, he strives to perfect the craft with close attention in ALL facets of the wood flooring business.

Rob understands things don't have to be complicated to make a difference. Often, homeowners just want an existing eyesore to be corrected! THIS IS POSSIBLE! Many times, when homes are purchased, the new owner needs the floors to be sanded and refinished before the furniture is moved in.
